Vegetable and Vigan Longanisa Rice
#Wellnessize this meaty rice dish by tossing yummy vegetables to the mix!
6 pieces Vigan longanisa, casing removed
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup chopped squash
½ cup diced sitaw
½ cup cubed eggplant
¼ cup water
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
4 cup cooked rice
- Heat pan and cook longanisa until oil is extracted. Saute garlic with the longanisa and wait until garlic is slightly brown. Stir in squash and cook for another minutes.
- Add sitaw and eggplant. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water if necessary. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Continue cooking until vegetables and pork are tender.
- Toss in cooked rice and stir until fully incorporated. Serve immediately.
