Give this dish a wellnessized touch without sacrificing flavor by replacing meat with seafood, such as squid.

1 medium onion, sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 stalk lemon grass, stalk chopped
1 tbsp sliced ginger
4 cups water
1 medium radish, sliced
½ kg squid, outer skin and ink sac removed
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang 22g
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
1 cup sili leaves
Boil onion, tomatoes, lemon grass and ginger in water. Allow to boil.
When boiling, add radishvand cook until form tender. Add squid and bring to a boil again.
Season with MAGGI MAGIC Sinigang and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Continue cooking until squid is tender.
Remove from heat and stir-in sili leaves. Serve hot.
