Squid Balls and Kikiam Kebab

INGREDIENTS

20 squid balls, halved
20 shrimp balls, halved
20 fish balls
20 tofu cakes, halved
20 pieces kikiam, sliced
2 bell peppers cut into segments
2 lemons, cut into wedges
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 tbsp lemon juice

Yummy Vinegar-Onion Dip: Combine –
1 red onion, sliced
1 siling panigang, sliced
½ cup vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE

  1. In a bowl, combine squid balls, shrimp balls, fish balls, tofu cakes, kikiam, bell pepper and lemon wedges. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Arrange marinated ingredients in a skewer. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated through. Serve with the prepared vinegar-onion dip on the side.
