Spaghetti

Take everyone’s party favorite up a Wellnessized notch by mixing fresh herbs and veggies into the sauce!

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
100 g ground pork
100 g ground beef
3 cheese hotdogs, sliced
1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup sliced mushrooms
¼ cup sweet basil
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small carrot, diced
2 cups banana catsup
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
500 g spaghetti, cooked al dente
½ cup grated cheese

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat olive oil. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add mixed ground pork and beef and cook until meat changes in color. Stir in hotdogs and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce. Add mushrooms, basil, red and green bell peppers, carrots, and banana catsup. Simmer over low heat.
  4. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and mix until pasta is completely covered with the sauce.
  6. Top with grated cheese and serve.
