2 tbsp butter
¼ cup sliced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ cup sliced chicken liver
½ cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
4-6 cups water
2 MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup chopped carrots
½ cup shredded cabbage
½ cup sliced Baguio beans
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup elbow macaroni
¼ cup green peas
¼ tsp salt or to taste
1/2 cup Nestle All Purpose Cream
Melt butter. Sauté onions and garlic until limp.
Add the chicken liver and cook for 5 minutes. Stir-in chicken breast and cooked for 1 minute more.
Pour in water and add MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Bring to a boil.
Add the vegetables and cook for another minute then add macaroni noodles and green peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt to taste. Add in Nestle All Purpose Cream and simmer for another minute. Serve hot.
