Sigarilyas at Sardinas sa Gata
This savory combo contains iron and folate which is good in building your immunity.
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp bagoong alamang (optional)
2 155g canned spicy sardines in red sauce (drained)
3 cups sliced sigarilyas
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 siling panigang, sliced (optional)
1 cup gata ng niyog
½ cup water
- Heat cooking oil. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add bagoong then sardines and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir-in sigarilyas and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Cook for 2 minutes or until sigarilyas are fork tender. Add siling panigang.
- Pour-in gata ng niyog. Bring to a boil adding water if necessary. Remove from heat and serve.
