Salted Egg Paté
Enjoy crackers and bread with this flavor-packed, rich and creamy spread.
8 salted egg yolks
½ cup chilled NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1-2 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
juice of ½ lemon or lime
crudités, crackers, crostinis
- Combine salted egg yolks and cream on a food processor or a blender jar. Blend until incorporated.
- Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt, pepper and paprika. Squeeze in juice of lemon or lime. Process again until smooth.
- Transfer on a piping bag and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Pipe prepared paté on top of crackers and crostinis or serve on the side with crudités.
