Salad in Tomato Cups

Salad gets an extra Wellnessized boost when served in cute and healthy tomato cups!

INGREDIENTS

1 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 cup canned tuna, drained
1 cup mashed potato
4 basic leaves, chiffonade
¼ cup chopped celery
6 big salad tomatoes, halves, seeded to form a cup
1 cup bread crumbs seasoned with
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup quick-melting cheese

PROCEDURE

  1. In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, tuna, mashed potato, celery, and basil. Combine mixture to fully incorporate.
  2. Spoon tuna-potato mixture inside tomato cups. Sprinkle generously with seasoned bread crumbs.
  3. Top with grated cheese. Broil tomatoes until cheese is melted.
