3 cups chopped puso ng saging na saba (red variety)
2 155g canned sardines in tomato sauce, drained and mashed
2 small camote, boiled and mashed
1 small onion, chopped
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cooking oil for frying
In a bowl, mix everything except for the cooking oil. Make sure that the mixture is fully incorporated and formed into a patty when molded. Make around 2-2 ½ tbsp of the mixture per patty.
Heat cooking oil. Fry around 4-5 pieces at a time. When golden brown transfer on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve with catsup or sweet-chili sauce on the side.
