Pulled Beef Soft Taco

INGREDIENTS

1 kg beef cubes
¼ cup MAGGI Soy Sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1 ½ water
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
¼ cup sugar or to taste
Pepper to taste
½ cup canned pork and beans, drained
Iceberg lettuce, shedded
2 onions, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
½ cup grated cheese
1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream soured with
1 tbsp calamansi juice
8-10 soft tortilla or taco wrap

PROCEDURE

  1. Tenderize beef in soy sauce, tomato sauce and water. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, sugar and pepper. Cook for 1 ½ -2 hours over low heat until tender and meat begins to disintegrate. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. Prepare other ingredients on the side. Remove beef in sauce and shred to desired size similar to a corned beef.
  3. Assemble by re-heating a soft tortilla and filling it up with the beef followed by pork and beans, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and grated cheese.
  4. Drizzle with cream on top just before serving.
