Mocha Topping: 1 cup unsweetened chocolate 2 tbsp NESCAFÉ Classic 1/4 cup NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM
For the mocha topping: Combine on a double broiler chocolate and coffee. Simmer until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and add NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM.
For the brownies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rub an 8x8 inch tray with butter. Set aside.
Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, NESCAFÉ and salt in a bowl. Place on a double boiler until butter melts. Expect grainy mixture. Cool mixture to lukewarm. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour and fold in. Mix in nuts.
Transfer batter in prepared pan. Bake brownies for 20-25 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
Slice cooled brownies into serving pieces and spread each piece with the prepared mocha topping. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
