Paksiw na Isda with Ampalaya

INGREDIENTS

½ kilo galunggong, biya or any choice of fish
Thumb-size ginger, sliced thinly
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup water
1 8g pack MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 medium size ampalaya, sliced into half moon
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 pieces finger chili

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine in a pot the fish, ginger, vinegar, water and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Cover and bring to a boil without stirring.
  2. When boiling add slices of amplaya and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Add finger chili to before turning off heat.
