INGREDIENTS

1 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ clove garlic, minced
½ tsp mustard
½ tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ tsp freshly ground pepper

PROCEDURE

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well-combined. You may use a blender or food processor if you want the dressing more emulsified.

Serve with:
½-1 cup bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
1 cup croutons
1 pack Romaine lettuce or mixed greens
Parmesan cheese
