Juice of one lemon
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup minced garlic
1-2 French bread, sliced into rounds
2 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 yellow bell peppers, sliced thinly
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Combine lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly incorporated. Brush each sliced French bread with the lemon-olive oil mixture set. Set aside.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Stir fry onions and peppers for 2 minutes keeping them crunchy and al dente.
Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP to taste. Top toasts with the onion and peppers mix. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
