Kangkong Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250g
1 tbsp vinegar
1 pack MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
2 store-bought pizza dough, approx. 8” inches in diameter
2 cups blanched kangkong cut-ups
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced bell pepper
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, vinegar and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Set aside.
  2. Thaw the pizza dough from the freezer. Spread with the prepared cream sauce.
  3. Top with blanched kangkong, onions and bell pepper. Sprinkle generously with Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake on a 375° F pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
