Instant Pancit with veggies

INGREDIENTS

2 packs instant pancit canton
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup shredded left over roasted chicken
100g chopped shrimp
1/4 cup MAGGI Oyster Sauce
¼ cup water
1 carrots shredded
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup sliced Baguio Beans
¼ cup chopped kinchay

PROCEDURE

  1. Remove noodles from the pancit canton pack and set aside.
  2. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add chicken and shrimp.
  3. Season with MAGGI Oyster Sauce and thin sauce with water. Adding more water if necessary.
  4. Add veggies one after the other giving 1 minute after each addition. Garnish with kinchay before serving.
