Home-made Cheesy Chicken Longanisa
½ kg ground chicken
3 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup minced garlic
1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- In a blender combine ground chicken, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, sugar and garic mixture. In another bowl combine chicken mixture and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Using a 4x4 inch square wax paper form 1-2 tbsp of chicken mixture into hotdog-like shape.
- Freeze at least overnight to allow the flavors to develop. Fry when ready to serve.
