¼ kg ground beef
¼ kg ground pork
1 tsp dill
1 piece onion, chopped
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
salt and pepper to taste
For the lettuce-cucumber salad:
1 small lettuce head, shredded
1 small cucumber, seeded, unpeeled, sliced thinly
For the dressing: Combine –
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
Combine ground meats, dill, onion, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt and pepper in a bowl. Form into small patties and set aside. Grill prepared patties for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside when cooked.
Toss salad ingredients with the prepared dressing. Chill for at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Arrange the prepared salad on small ramekins. Top with the grilled patties and drizzle with more salad dressing if desired.
