Ginger and Turmeric Ale

1 thumb-sized crushed ginger
1 thumb-sized crushed turmeric
2 cups hot water
1-2 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp calamansi juice
- Put gingers into the hot water, cover and let steep in water for 30-45 minutes.
- Transfer in cups and re-heat if needed.
- Add drops of honey and calamansi before drinking.
