2 tbsp cooking oil
1 piece onion, chopped
½ kg ground beef
½ kg ground pork
½ cup sliced button mushroom
1 cup cubed eggplant
2 MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups water
¼ tsp salt or to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp sugar
12 sheets large instant lasagna
1 cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream combined with
1 evaporated milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese or
Grated quick-melting cheese or Mozzarella cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion until limp. Add the meats and cook until it changes in color. Stir in mushroom, eggplant and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, tomato sauce and water. Lower the heat and cook for another 15 minutes or until the meats are well done and tender. Season to taste. Remove from heat and let cool.
To assemble: Pour about ½ cup of the meat sauce into a lightly greased baking pan. Layer the lasagna noodles, meat sauce, cream mixture, grated cheeses. Repeat layers until pan is full.
Bake covered with foil for 40 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
