1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup water
Sweet-Chili Sauce: Combine -
¼ cup chili sauce
1 tbsp MAGGI Savor
1 tbsp vinegar MAGGI MAGIC SARAP to taste
sugar to taste
Rub pork liempo with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
Put prepared pork on a pan. Pour in water. Let boil until water evaporates.
Lower heat and continue cooking until pork starts to become brown and crispy. Cook pork until desired doneness and crispiness are achieved.
Drain from oil and serve crispy pork with sweet-chili sauce on the side.
