#Wellnessize the umami way with this inventive take on nori and salad!

2 cups cooked Japanese rice
½ cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
4 Nori sheets
½ cup shredded artificial crab meat (Kani)
1 unpeeled and seeded cucumber, sliced
1 ripe mango, sliced
½ cup cheese slices
1 egg beaten
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
cooking oil for frying
2 tbsp Japanese Mayo
In a bowl, combine rice, NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Mix well until fully incorporated. Set aside.
Fill 1 piece Nori sheet with prepared rice. Top with shredded crab meat, cucumber slices, mango and cheese slices. Roll into a log shape and wet edges of Nori to seal.
Dip Nori log on beaten egg then roll on breadcrumbs. Shake to remove excess bread crumbs.
Heat cooking oil and fry logs until golden brown. Sliced into rounds and drizzle with Japanese mayo before serving.
