5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
1 cup of sliced mushroom
¼ cup of capers
2 regular cans of lite tuna, drained
1 250g NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 cup NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
salt and pepper to taste
500g fusilli, cooked al dente
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
Sauté garlic and onion until limp. Add mushrooms, capers and tuna, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Pour in cream and milk. Simmer without boiling while mixing well.
Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour onto cooked pasta and mix until each noodle is coated with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake until cheese melts if desired.
