¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 onion, sliced
1 cup corned beef
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP sugar to taste
1 cup canned diced tomatoes, sauce included with cup
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup mozzarella cheese crusty bread
Heat olive oil. saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add corned beef, cook for 1 minutes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and sugar.
Pour-in diced tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. Break whole eggs on top of sauce leaving enough space in between.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve as dip for bread.
