Corn, Carrots, Kamote and Pork Guisado

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 kg pork giniling
1 tbsp patis
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 cup cubed kamote
1/2 cup cubed carrots
1/2 cup corn kernel

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat cooking oil. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Stir in pork giniling. Cook giniling until it changes in color.
  3. Season with patis and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Add kamote, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add carrots, cook for another minute. Add corn and stir-fry until vegetables are fork tender. Serve with rice.
