Coffee-Choco Granita

#Wellnessize an irresistible Italian dessert by using muscovado in place of white sugar.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp NESCAFÉ CLASSIC dissolved in 4 cups water
½ cup muscovado sugar or brown sugar
½ cup MILO
1 tbsp cocoa powder
whipped NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk very well.
  2. Transfer to a plastic container with lid. Cover and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  3. Stir mixture using a fork at least every hour to achieve granita consistency. Serve immediately. Top with a dollop of cream if desired.
