Chicken with Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, sliced
¼ kg chicken breast fillet, sliced thinly
½ cup MAGGI OYSTER Sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar to taste
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup water
½ cup sliced carrots
3 cup broccoli florets

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat cooking oil. Stir-fry garlic and onion until fragrant and limp.
  2. Add in chicken and cook until it changes color. Season with MAGGI OYSTER SAUCE, brown sugar and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
  3. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add carrots and cook until fork tender.
  4. Stir in broccoli and continue cooking until cooked but not wilted.
  5. Serve immediately.
