Chicken Sausage Roll with Danggit Ensalada
With its surprising mix of fresh and savory flavors, this delightful meal surely packs a good dose of fiber and protein!
For the chicken sausage
1/2 kg ground chicken
2 tbsp floor
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp cooking oil for frying
For the danggit ensalada: Combined in a bowl
5-6 pcs fried danggit coarsely crushed
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp sugar
- Combined all ingredients for chicken sausages except cooking oil.
- Roll 2-3 tbsp of mixture to form into cylinders. Heat cooking oil and then fry the sausage. Transfer on a plate lined with a paper towels to remove excess cooking oil. Set aside.
- Serve sliced with steamed rice and danggit ensalada on the side.
