Burgers with Mushroom Sauce

INGREDIENTS

8 pieces store-bought hamburger patties
cooking oil for frying
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
½ cup sliced button mushroom
¼ kg Baguio beans, stringed and blanched

PROCEDURE

  1. Brown burgers in hot oil. Transfer on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, remove excess oil and sauté garlic and onions until limp. Stir in MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, milk and cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes or just until mixture starts to thicken.
  3. Stir in patties and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes more. Serve with blanched beans on the side.
