INGREDIENTS
½ kg beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut
¼ cup MAGGI Soy Sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp MAGGI Savor
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
¼ cup chopped spring onion
½ cup cooking oil
Sidings:
2 tbsp sesame oil
½ kg bean sprouts
1 tbsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
PROCEDURE
Marinate beef with MAGGI Soy Sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, brown sugar, MAGGI SAVOR and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP for at least 1 hour.
Heat cooking oil and slightly pan-fry beef. Set aside on a plate.
On the same pan, heat sesame oil. Add bean sprouts and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and MAGGI Oyster Sauce. Cook for 2 minutes more. Serve as sidings to the fried beef.
