INGREDIENTS

1 kg pork liempo
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ tsp black pepper
3-4 laurel leaves
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup water

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine all ingredients in a casserole. Bring to a boil without stirring.
  2. Cook in moderate heat until pork is tender or up to 40 minutes. Adjust seasoning according to taste preference. Serve with a bowl of steamed rice.
